Satrapi/Project Formation

By using her point of view as a young child and teenager and by her use of a comic book, I found I understood what she was trying to convey more than if she had simply written a memoir. The simple drawings were brutally honest and I was more able to imagine what had actually happened at the time than if I had simply watched a documentary. The simple language, simple pictures and simple innocence of the 6 year old relating the story made it much more moving.

As for my project...I have no idea. I want to think of a way to convey the frustration I feel when I think of my problem to others while keeping it personal and organized. I will most likely write something, whether it is an essay or a story or an epic poem, perhaps.
