I would say that violence could always be a good idea. I’m not saying that violence should be the first solution to all problems; just that violence always has the potential to get points across or make people listen. However, I do believe that any non-violent act should be attempted first. I believe that most people will show enough respect to one another to listen when no force is put behind non-violence whereas there is a great potential to ignore what is presented when violence is used. Any problem should be first attempted to be resolved through non-violence, but I do believe that sometimes the only way for a solution to present itself or for a conflict to be brought to an end is through violence simply because people do not always listen to what is said. People desire visual results, which often are found through violence.
