WOOOOOOW

1) For me it made the reading somehow more absorbing. I finished each book in one sitting (two "sittings" total). I also felt more like her somehow, more a like a younger kid, reading comic books. Also, the description of violence in a "childish" medium makes the violence seem so much more horrifying. You know? Same with talking politics, it made it sort of surreal to read about war and such in a "graphic novel". I had the same reaction to "Maus", the graphic novel about the holocaust: the inhumanity/adult content is made stark by its juxtaposition to the cartoonish quality of the novel.
2) I have no idea what format my project will be in. It will be a surprise.
