Madera
The town i'm from is old, its grey alot of the time, theres alot of colorless bodies floating around. If your lucky you can find yourself in some hot spots depending on where you stand, but for the most part I've had rotten luck finding the same place twice. The coolest though is when you think you've been on every crummy dead end street, through every winding plain faced community, past every lovesick wanderer looking for the way in, when you realize for the first time that youv'e been the fence. Of corse thats whats hardest about picking sides. I'm nicely acquantied with this patch of ground, but I'm always finding myself on the edge of both sides of the same town. Its a great place to grow up,fall in love, and make some kids to pass around, but take one look at it and you know all that talking going on in glazed over punch drunk museum hall partys just aint trough.
